    We had air-conditioning installed through Modcon. Fast forward few years to now, we are starting having issues with the installation. Trying to contact the company via their 1300 number as well as email, but no luck. Extremely frustrating experience in such stressful situation when my aircon is damaging the ceiling and there is no way to contact them. I wonder they're still operating..?

    Despite Covid-19 lockdown and restrictions, Mod Cons along with their contractor Matthew Sheen managed to resolve my house evaporating cooling defects.

    Just 1 star rating for me! ModCons installed Bonaire ducted heater at my home the end of 2018. 3 weeks ago my fan/motor burnt!! It took ModCons 3 weeks (many emails) to come to the final conclusion: it was my own fault cause of NO servicing of the Bonaire ducted heater installation. Living in the freezing cold for 3 weeks!and ending up with a spicey invoice of a plumber!
